Wellness D’tox telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 2019, yang beralamat di 10 Boulevard, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Diasaskan oleh semangat persaudaraan untuk menjalani gaya hidup holistik dan mempromosikan bagaimana "Kelihatan cantik diluar dan Rasa sihat didalam!"
Wellness D’tox merupakan salah satu entiti Wellness Concept (ditubuhkan semenjak tahun 2003) yang memberikan tumpuan kepada penyeselesaian Kesihatan & Kecantikan menggunakan produk organik dan semula jadi. Melalui Wellness Academy, Wellness Concept mempromosikan pendidikan kesihatan dan kesejahteraan, melengkapkan sektor korporat dengan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kesedaran mengenai gaya hidup sihat.
